PUBLICATION of Private Circulation started today, 6 January 2008.THE IDEA is to collect and distribute proposals for texts and artworks that, for various reasons, cannot be realized—or were never meant to be. Private Circulation is a non-regular series of PDF bulletins distributed by email, a kind of white papers for the arts. This issue features Proposal for Recompiled Broadcast No. 1 and a collection of photographs of the Apollo 11 moon landing television broadcast.
THE TITLE Private Circulation describes the status of the published documents.
